You end up with a consistent library that stays aligned across sales, leasing, investor relations, and brand—without scrambling at the end.

Yes. Editorial portraits and lifestyle work are a major part of what I do alongside property and place. Test shoots are available for models at any stage and are designed to produce a clean, elevated portfolio set with direction throughout. Tests start at $200 for 60 minutes and include 15 final retouched images with the option to add time and selects.
